What is Accurx?
Accurx enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
After submitting your request expect our staff to contact you within the next working 48 hours. If you have not heard back after that, please contact us to get an update.
Use this form for non-urgent requests only
- Open 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday
- If the form is closed and you need urgent help, use 111 online or call 111
- Call 999 for life threatening emergencies
What happens after you submit a request
- We review your request during opening hours
- We will tell you what will happen next within one working day
What the outcome could be
- An appointment that day or a later day
- A phone call that day or a later day
- A text message addressing your query and to inform you what will happen next
- Advice to go to a pharmacy or another NHS service
Your practice will decide what is best for you based on your clinical need
